Named after the word that Spanish speakers use around you for unexplained reasons, PT uses decades-old family recipes for their Guadalajaran-style tacos, burritos, enchiladas, sopes, and tortas. Service runs 'til 3am, and to ameliorate their BYOB status, there's a "hotline" to the liquor store across the street, who'll deliver beer/wine to your pinche table.
